We will speak to you at length about the type of environment you want to work in and discuss the things that are going to motivate you in your next role, whether that be management style, career progression, size of business, OTE or where in the world you would like to be located.

We will then present you with a shortlist of clients that we feel match your criteria. Having discussed these clients further with you and gained your approval we will speak to these clients confidentially about you and explain to them why they should meet you.

We will then represent you throughout the process; ensuring feedback is relayed and offering advice when asked. We are contactable at all times and will work with you to secure a role at an organisation where you can build your career.
