Well established, medium sized recruitment business based in Central London looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join its busy Banking Operations team on the Temporary side. This is a hot desk opportunity so you will inherit a certain number of temps from the outset and be handed a couple of volume accounts from day one. There will be no cold calling, only account development. Ideally you will have experience working in Operations within Banking, or have some previous Asset Management experience.

You should have an excellent proven track record of billings as a Recruitment Consultant from a similar Recruitment business, and have a real interest in Financial Services.

Depending on your previous experience, and what level you are currently operating at, for the right candidate you could potentially become the number 2, under the current Manager, for the Banking and Financial Services Division.
