My client is a multi-discipline recruitment business specializing in placing accountancy, finance, change management, property, procurement, supply chain & logistics, tax, treasury and consultancy professionals. They have been established for over 10 years and have gained an excellent reputation in the market.

They now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to recruit Permanent Change into Retail Banking. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high profile banking clients and in addition Insurance and Life & Pensions businesses.

You will be expected to build relationships and bring on roles, but you will also be tasked to work with a number of strong PSLs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter who is hungry, driven and looking to grow a successful Change desk.

The client can offer potential team leader/management roles down the line as the desk grows.
