My client is a market leading finance recruiter, who currently require someone with excellent managerial experience to lead a very well established team of Temp consultants. The successful candidate will be inheriting a team that has consistently billed exceptionally well for the past two years.

The successful candidate will have a background in either the banking or financial services sector, and will have excellent management experience. Ideally, they will have grown a team in the past.

The package offered in this role is very competitive. As well as an excellent basic salary, you will benefit from one of the best managerial bonus schemes in the industry, and your realistic first year OTE will be ~£120k.
