My client is a large multinational recruitment business that has been established for over 25 years. They are now seeking Trainee Consultants to join their team.

Your role will be to manage the whole interview process, business developing relationships with new and existing clients, whilst sourcing candidates from advertising, job boards, linkedin and through the company's internal database. The client offers a great structured training program that includes on the job training, classroom sessions and working alongside experienced senior members; which will allow the individual to build up an excellent knowledge of their market sector and in time become experts in their field.

You will be a recent graduate with at least 18 months previous sales experience in a proactive role (non retail or customer service role), preferably within telesales based role.
