My client is a global recruitment business that has been established for nearly 30 years. They are now seeking Consultants to join their teams across their Finance, Banking, IT, Digital, HR and Engineering teams.

This is a fast paced sales role that will often require you to work out of normal hours. Your role would be to manage the whole interview process, business developing relationships with new and existing clients, whilst sourcing candidates through a variety of advertising, job boards, linkedin and internal databases. The client offers a great structured training program that includes on the job training, classroom sessions which will allow the individual to build up an excellent knowledge of their market sector and in time become experts in their field.

You will be a recent graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree with 1-2 years previous sales experience in a proactive role or commercial role (non retail or customer service role), preferably within telesales (b2b, b2c) lettings or a direct sales based role.
