My client is one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK. They recruit across the UK and internationally. They have been established for over 5 years and have had their biggest growth profit this year. They are now looking to continue this aggressive growth plan in 2012 and have excellent Trainee opportunities in their Bristol office.

Working as part of a team being inspired and trained by experienced managers and consultants, this will allow the individual to build up an excellent knowledge of their specific market sector and in time become experts in their field. 99% of this role will be telephone based sales. The Sales team are augmented by an excellent database and back office organisation. You will be required to build a desk from scratch and will be given all the tools and training in order to succeed in this environment. There will be regular mentoring from Sales Directors who have industry leading experience and knowledge.

You will be of graduate calibre, with at least 12 months experience in a proactive sales role (preferably telesales) being highly advantageous. They competencies that the client looks for is Resilience, Competitiveness, Money Driven, Highly Persuasive, good communication skills and tenacity.
