This client is a niche specialist recruitment business based within the City on London. They are a very well respected company and due to this have a large well established client base. They are looking for a Permanent Consultant to take on their Change Management in to Banking desk.

You will be joining a strong team of 3 and will inherit a HOT desk due to market demand and repeat business. You will be placing Change Management candidates into Banking and must have experience within this sector placing mid to senior level candidates. If you don't have Change Management experience but have strong banking knowledge you will still be considered.

The client is looking for a permanent consultant with previous Change Management/Banking experience and someone who is ambitious, articulate and a good relationship builder.
