My client is a global, market leading recruitment business. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Recruiter to join their IT division.

The focus will be IT contracts (Managers, Programme Managers, Architects and Business Analysts) into a Retail client base. There are some warm clients as well as lapsed clients, so you will be expected to further establish and grow this desk and in doing will make it your own. The client is looking for consultants who will be happy to do new Business Development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years IT recruitment exposure and someone who is Business Development focussed.

In return the client offers an attractive basic salary, a market leading commission structure that includes a monthly, quarterly and annual bonus scheme.
