My client, a leading specialist IT recruitment firm based in the City of London, require an experienced Recruitment Team Manager to take on a team of 3 with plans to grow the team for 4 once said manager is in place.

This is a billing role and will lead by example and join the business at a time of growth, allowing the successful candidate to be part of the business generation and candidate generation team. My client is a niche agency and specialise in Security and Risk only, looking for someone with a proven IT recruitment background and security experience would be a bonus!!!

The successful candidate will be target driven with the ability also, to create targets for the team; someone who can work with the existing database system who is very KPI focussed and really get the most out of the opportunity. The role is very candidate driven.

In return they can offer an attractive basic salary, an excellent commission structure which includes a monthly bonus scheme and quarterly incentives.
