Legal Finance Recruitment Consultant
The desk is well established with a very strong client base; most business is Fixed Term Contracts so the right candidate will need to have the pace of a temp consultant but will be working primarily with permanent skill sets.
The desk is extremely lucrative and billed £250k last year, previously peaked at £400k.
My client is looking for a strong team player who is very open to learning. They're fantastic processes already in place so the successful candidate will need to learn these Processes and prove to be very relationship driven and provide evidence of being a good networker. You will be dealing with top end, high calibre HR clients and Law professionals so excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
The client is looking for at least two years' experience, from which they are open to on sector experience, as long as you are hungry, driven and looking to specialise into this area.
In return, the client offers a great package with a very competitive commission scheme and further career development and progression.

Salary: £25000 - £35000 per annum + COMMISSION + BONUS
