Working on a hot desk in an exciting and thriving business, duties will include but are not limited to:
Recruiting secretarial and paralegals into private practice
Placing job advertisements on a variety of job boards and dealing with the response in a timely manner
Building on existing relationships with current client base and providing an exceptional level of service
Developing new business, visiting clients and keeping them aware of market updates
Interviewing candidates, submitting CVs and arranging interviews
Providing feedback to client and candidates
Dealing with all aspects of the recruitment cycle from interview to placement
Working to KPI's and monetary targets

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a friendly, money making team. The ideal candidate will be a successful Recruitment Consultant with a proven billing record. In addition you will be highly motivated, confident, credible with first class communication skills.
