Well respected, international Finance recruiter looking for experienced Finance Consultant to manage well established central London Permanent team.  Excellent earning potential ; consultant, management and team bonuses all available with uncapped OTEs.  Targets should be easily attainable for the more experienced Managing Consultant as the client holds a long standing, strong market presence in this sector.

You should have a proven track record as a Finance recruiter having either previously recruited for the London market or for another well established Recruitment business.  You should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Finance Recruitment Consultant and at least 6 months experience managing.  You should be able to juggle the two roles as biller and manager effectively.

With a non-hierarchal approach opportunities are vast within the business and there is a real emphasis on promotion through merit which ensures managers and leaders are well respected reinforcing strong team ethics.
