My client is the market leading legal recruiter in the UK. They currently have an exciting opportunity available on their Finance team. The role involves placing high level finance professionals (up to Finance Director level) in law firms. My client enjoys PSL status with every Magic Circle and Silver Circle firm, and has a vast array of other clients.

The successful candidate will have a background and a proven track record in either the legal or financial services sector, and some exposure to high end candidates is definitely a bonus. The successful candidate will be inheriting a hot desk with a very impressive list of pre-existing clients, and it is therefore possible to get yourself established and billing very quickly.

In addition to an excellent basic salary (between £25-33k depending upon experience), you will benefit from a superb commission structure. Your OTE will be uncapped, and you should realistically be looking to earn around £60k in your first year. By your third year, it is expected that you will be managing a team, and comfortably earning six figures. In addition to the commission scheme, my client offers an excellent system of incentives to ensure that consultants remain motivated; high achievers are regularly treated to lunches and day trips such as track days and gliding trips.
