My client is a very successful Management and Executive recruitment Business who are currently looking for a Principal Consultant to join their HR team. They currently have a team of two HR consultants at present and are looking to grow this over the coming year.

The role will be placing HR professionals into Commerce and Industry, Financial services as well as the Public Sector and the successful candidate will be working on senior end roles placing salaries between 50-150K. The Principal consultant will need to be creditable within the market and have experience of head hunting as well as contingency recruitment.

There is a strong client base within this Business and as they are already established within Marketing and Finance as well as other sectors there will be a base to start from, however this role will involve Business Development to maintain and grow the HR side of the business.
The working environment is very adult. There is no micro-management, and it is not at all KPI driven. The client also offers flexible working hours.
