My client is a market leading recruitment business. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Marketing and Sales team.

With an already established client base, you will walk into a warm desk. The client works in vertical markets and is open for consultants to come in and build something new within the business. Your focus will be the senior end of the market with salaries ranging between 40-150k. Ideally you will be at a Principal Consultant level recruiting within a commercial sector; where you will be either mentoring or managing one or two consultants. The client will also consider candidates at Managing Consultant level, but you must be aware that first and foremost, the key part of the role will be to come in and hit the ground running in terms of billing. There is the potential to develop a team of your own and help aid the leadership team dependent on the candidate demonstrating the necessary skills.

In return the client offers an attractive basic salary, a market leading commission structure that includes a monthly, quarterly and annual bonus scheme.
