Privately owned well known Finance recruiter looking for a Senior or Managing level Consultant experienced in recruiting Qualified Accountants into Non-Investment Banking.   My client is seeking someone who can take ownership of this area and develop it further.  You should be someone looking to further your career into either people management or if you prefer, become someone who can help with strategy. A market leader in its field thank to the quality of its people, my client look to attract and retain the best.

The successful applicant should have at least 2 years experience recruiting qualified accountants into Asset Management, Insurance, Retail Banks and general Financial Services and should know this market well.  You should also have proof of billings of over £200k a year plus and show that you have achieved this consistently. 

In return my client will invest heavily in your training and development to help build up your skills thanks to a tailored personal development plan and on the job training.  In addition they have a remuneration structure which is at the top end of the industry.
