Fantastic business with a great opportunity. Looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to come in and take over a hot desk.
Established for 10 years' with 10 in the business, their team of expert Recruitment Consultants specialise in placing Accountancy and Finance staff into the Media, up to CFO level.
The Recruitment Consultants working here are in the enviable position of only having to do a very minimal amount of Business development - there is no cold calling as 90% of their work is referred.
This would suit a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships with Line Managers and who has strong Account Management skills.
As a Recruitment Consultant team they recruit across Marketing Services, Broadcasting & Music and the Publishing Sectors. Typical roles are from £40k-£100k. Primarily contingent but they do have a small search arm too.
Key part of the Recruitment Consultant's role is sourcing candidates but even they are not hard to come by! They fill 1 in 2 jobs, are tenacious and will work the job until is filled.
Need a professional Recruitment Consultant; credible and with the right mind set. Lovely desk so they won't just hand it out to anyone.
Looking at Recruitment Consultants with c2 years' experience and will consider anyone with Finance or Media experience, or both.
