Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services
Their Risk Management desk was established in response to client demand and as a result of the increased significance of Risk in the City. This desk now recruits Risk professionals across all Risk disciplines within Investment Banking & Securities, Treasury, Global Custody, Consultancy and Investment Management. The team is small but part of the larger Accountancy & Finance division. This is a really easy team of motivated fun people and there is a really good working environment.
This client can offer a very warm desk to the right applicant - the previous Risk consultant had an excellent track record of revenue on this desk. The team is small which means you can have a huge impact on how the team is shaped. The Management style is collaborative
This client will guarantee real investment in the right candidate. They rarely lose consultants to competitors and this is down to their team work, comprehensive training program and from having one of the best commission structures in the industry. They are in growth mode with opens up the door for career progression and opportunity.
Ideally you will have 2 years Recruitment experience in Finance or Risk but any other FS experience will also be considered.
