Working alongside a team of 3, you will be recruiting candidates who have the responsibility to generate income, thereby ensuring the charities can continue to work effectively. The roles vary from Trust Fundraiser to more generalist roles in smaller organisations. The market is extremely buoyant and roles are easy to find, however the challenge can be in finding good candidates. The majority of the roles are London based but there is also the scope for some national and international recruitment too.

The successful consultant will be a motivated, self-starter who does not need close management in order to do the job. My client has an open and supportive style of management, there is a real team environment in the business with all staff being supportive and encouraging. They offer strong back office support, are very involved in the sector, running events and seminars for their clients, and staff are given volunteer days too. In addition they offer a motivating commission structure and rewards.
