My client is are an Oil & Gas specialist recruiter that has been established for over 5 years. Their Houston, Texas office currently requires an experienced Oil & Gas recruiter to join the team.

The client is open to looking at candidates from any vertical within Oil & Gas as long as you have a minimum 3 years experience and have a strong billing track record. You will inherit a red hot desk, as the client is currently on tier 1 PSL status with a number of Oil & Gas clients, but you will be expected to further grow the desk through Business Development. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a lucrative desk in a booming market.

There is the potential to develop a team of your own as the desk grows.

In return the client offers an attractive basic salary, a market leading commission structure, along with assisting with accommodations and providing travel allowance. They will also sponsor the successful candidate's visa, so you MUST be degree educated.
