My client is a City based Recruitment Consultancy who is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to inherit a warm HR Interim desk. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move into HR recruitment. The client is interested in talking to Recruitment Consultants from all backgrounds, as long as they are experienced Interim/Temp Recruiters. You may be a High St Recruitment Consultant looking to move into a more corporate environment, operating in Professional Services.

An established and well respected company who have been specialising in HR for over 20 years. Due to business demand a highly motivated and experienced individual is required who will ensure to continue the success of this specialist brand.

Clients of the company range from Global Companies to niche players, covering all sectors. Strong relationship building is very important as well as gaining an understanding of the Businesses they recruit for and it is this approach that has got them where they are today.

You will have a proven track record of successful Business Development and a strong billing history. They look for people who are tenacious, ambitious and always pushing for more. Excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of the interim Recruitment market are essential.
