Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader - Secretarial
* Coaching, developing and training a small team of Recruitment Consultants, setting individual targets, conducting monthly reviews and providing day to day support
* Placing job advertisements on a variety of job boards and dealing with the response in a timely manner
* Building on existing relationships with current client base and providing an exceptional level of service
* Developing new business, visiting clients and keeping them aware of market updates
* Interviewing candidates, submitting CVs and arranging interviews
* Providing feedback to client and candidates
* Dealing with all aspects of the recruitment cycle from interview to placement
* Working to KPI's and monetary targets
This is a rare opportunity and the ideal candidate will be a successful Secretarial Recruiter possibly with with some team leader experience however this is not essential. You will have a strong recruitment background, a successful billing record and will be highly motivated, confident, credible with first class communication skills.
