My client has an urgent requirement for a Resourcer / Junior Consultant to join their contracts team in a delivery focussed role.

You would be joining the busiest team within the business and would be delivering into the business change programmes of some of the biggest retail banks and insurance companies in the country. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 months recruitment experience within the IT sector, ideally 6-9 months experience is preferred.

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates in line with client job spec's delivered via a portal providing a short list to the manager and managing the interview process with the candidates. Ideally, my client is focused on finding someone who is immediately available as they will replacing someone who has progressed within the business from this role - certainly progression opportunity!
