My client is looking for a motivated, target-driven individual to join their operations temporary team as a Resourcer. You will be degree educated and ideally have experience within a sales/target driven environment. You will need to demonstrate a hunger to develop a career in this area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a first step into recruitment. The role is candidate driven and would consist of sourcing and speaking to prospective candidates for vacant positions, logging applications, advertising vacancies and ad hoc work as required. Full training will be provided to equip you with all the necessary recruitment skills and sector knowledge.

If you are successful in this role you will be fast-tracked to move on to a full consultancy position within three-to-six months. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and be rewarded generously - first year OTE £40,000+.
