Fantastic opportunity to join a small team of highly successful, market leading and ambitious Secretarial recruiters and be part of their new and exciting business venture in the heart of London's West End.

A new business but with very impressive backing, you will be expected to contribute to the success and growth of this business over the next few years while growing your own desk and reaping the rewards that their commission scheme (one of the best in the industry) can offer.   In addition this client can offer a Flexible Working Culture.  

Due to the nature of the flexible working policy you will need to be a real self starter and have a mature approach to work and be able to just get on with it.  Theirs is not a micro managed environment so you should be an experienced Recruiter with at least 3 years solid career history.  Knowledge of the Secretarial sector is not essential, the ability to build a desk from scratch is more important.

In return you can work from home, come in late, leave early as long as you are making money.  Great opportunity for any experienced Recruiter whose personal situation may mean the 8 - 6 fixed to your desk culture does not work for them.
