My client is a boutique secretarial recruitment specialist. Based in the City center of Manchester this client is very established and a well-respected business who are looking for a Senior Secretarial recruiter to take on a warm desk.

You will be recruiting into Commerce and Industry as well as the financial services placing candidates in secretarial and office support roles up to 50K. This is a warm desk which will see you inherit some fantastic clients however you will be expected to bring on new business of your own in addition. The desk is warm due to a promotion and so you will inherit the desk and jobs from day one.

This is a great environment with an office of very strong consultants, this is a small team and well established with a great buzz and friendly atmosphere. This business is looking to grow and open another office within the near future and so there is definitely career progression available for anyone looking to take the next step.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience working within recruitment in the Manchester market, secretarial sector experience will be advantageous but not essential and other sector knowledge will be welcome. In return the client will offer a generous basic and a very competitive commission structure.
