Award winning, specialist recruitment business in Central London is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their Strategy team, focusing on placing skilled professionals into top strategic consultancies.

The division works with an enviable client list drawn from a range of sectors. They cover UK and International mandates and are focused on mid to senior level roles on a permanent basis with the occasional long term FTC.

They recruit from within the MBA & Strategy Consulting typically within a salary range of £60k - £250k+. Types of positions include Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Advisors, Business Partners, Strategic Pricing, Competitor Intelligence, Corporate Development and M&A

This business is totally relationship driven and a lot of their work is done internationally. Over 50% of their work is done on a retained basis. This is a highly lucrative market to be in.

They are looking for someone to take over a hot Oil & Gas desk. There are excellent client relationships already established and live roles. The ideal candidate will be one doing Strategy into Oil & Gas however if you have experience placing qualified finance candidates or are a senior level engineering recruiters within the Oil & Gas space, that could work too.

This is the biggest area of growth and there is also real management potential in this role too.
