My client is a market leading Financial Services and Banking recruiter. They currently have a vacancy for a manager or their Temp Finance team.

The sucessful candidate will inherit a very well established and high performing team of six. The role is non-billing, and as such you will be bonused on the performance of your team. Therefore, my client requires someone with excellent man-management skills, and a proven track record in leading a team.

The client enjoys very strong relationships with many leading financial institutions, including the Big Four. It operates on a PSL basis with the vast majority of these firms, which means that everyone on the team is able to bill very impressive figures.

As you would expect, the client is prepared to pay to attract an outstanding candidate. They will pay an excellent basic, and the bonus offered is such that a first year OTE of £100k is very realistic and achievable.
