The role will suit someone who would enjoy more responsibity and autonomy within a team; every team member is very much responsible for their own desk, and the successful candidate will find that the team is not overly KPI driven.

The remuneration package offered includes a very competitive basic (negotiable depending upon experience) and an excellent uncapped commission structure, which means that new joiners to this team can expect fantastic earnings in their first year.
