My client provide recruitment solutions to global financial institutions across Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East on a contingent and retained basis. They work with a diverse range of clients, including investment banks, hedge funds and fund of funds, asset management, M&A, corporate finance and private equity financial consultancies and trading houses.

The role will entail working in a fast paced sales environment, focusing on hitting constant targets on a day to day basis. My client rewards graduates with an unrivalled commission structure. Successful trainee's graduates can go on to earn over 70K in their first year in the industry!

Their training program is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, allowing autonomous growth with the support of an experienced mentor. You would be working with inspirational and experienced consultants in their field, who are amongst the highest billers in the industry. You would be full training on the recruitment life cycle as well as an understanding of the Finance/IT/HR industry.

The client offers opportunities to work abroad, build and run your own division as well as to advance to directorship and obtain an equity stake in the business.

The ideal candidate would a recent graduate from a leading University, with previous sales experience being highly advantageous. The competencies they look for are: Resilience, confidence and honesty; with the ability to handle situations concisely and objectively.
