My client is a market leading recruitment business. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Marketing and Sales team.

With an already established client base, you will walk into a warm desk. You will have the ability to build a network with marketing directors within mid-sized and SME brands, as well as developing a mid-level candidate network to deliver into PSL accounts. The ability to network with new clients is key to this role. You will have at least 3 years recruitment experience, with exposure within the technology remit being highly advantageous. There is the potential to develop a team of your own and help aid the leadership team dependent on the candidate demonstrating the necessary skills.

In return the client offers an attractive basic salary, a market leading commission structure that includes a monthly, quarterly and annual bonus scheme.
