My client, a prestigious, global executive search firm, requires an Associate to work within the Americas Board and CEO Practice in their San Fran or Chicago office.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis this hire will generate insight in the form of thought leadership deliverables that enriches the content of market facing advisory work. Secondly this hire will support Consultants and Senior Consultants on the delivery of retained assignments. This hire will map target companies, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls and network with industry sources.
This hire will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is keen to learn and be trained into a successful Senior Associate or Consultant. Over time you will become an expert in the field in which assignments are being conducted. You will have excellent academics, advanced degrees are preferable but not essential, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. Candidates could already be a researcher with up to 4 years’ experience but my client will also look at very bright, articulate recruiters who can demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement and client credibility.
