My client is a privately owned, international recruitment firm and is a market leader in Insurance in Financial Service sectors. Since launching the business in 2002 they have been highly successful and are recognised internationally. They are currently an Associate Consultant for their Swiss Desk in Central London.
As an Associate Consultant you will offer exceptional service to both candidates and clients, as you manage key client relationships and see candidates through the entire interview process efficiently.
Ideally, you will either have between 0-6 months’ recruitment experience, B2B sales experience or be a fresh graduate. You do not need foreign language skills, but you will be very culturally aware as well as articulate and confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, be pro-active and determined in your approach to work and in professional development.
