- £50000 - £70000 per annum + high OTE
My client is a privately owned recruitment business looking for an experienced Change Management and Business Transformation recruitment professional to lead their Financial Services team in an Associate Director role. This business has been established for many years and is a market leader in Financial Services and C&I.
As a non billing Director, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships and developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least two years’ previous Management experience within Change or Business Transformation recruitment, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your team forward.
