My client is a global, privately owned recruitment business looking for an experienced Legal recruitment manager to continue the growth and development of an In House legal team. This business has been established for many years and is a global market leader across Financial and Professional Services.
As a billing Associate Director, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships and developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least two years’ previous Management experience within In House Legal recruitment, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward.
You will place mid-to-senior level Legal professionals by providing a mix of both exclusive contingent and retained recruitment solutions with an emphasis on quality and long term relationships.
