- £38000 - £55000 per annum + great bonus and benefits
Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike as well playing an integral part in the delivery of Fintech positions. On a day to day basis you will approach candidates, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
You will support, be developed and mentored by one of the highest achieving Search Consultants in the business. This business has a proven track record of developing researchers into consultants. This an opportunity learn and progress within a meritocratic search firm with the ultimate aim of you winning and delivering on retained assignments.
You will be a motivated and confident professional who is keen to explore a career in search. You will have excellent academics and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities. You may already be working within search or working for a contingent technology recruitment business but are frustrated working on junior/mid-level roles.
