My client is a privately owned and well-established recruitment business covering a wide range of sectors. From their offices in London and New York, they work with businesses across financial services, commerce & industry, and professional services throughout Europe, Middle East and North America. Their services include executive search, contingent perm, interim and salary benchmarking.
They currently require Associates for either their InfoSec or Risk teams in order to grow out there New York office due to their vast amount of business currently. As an Associate working for either the InfoSec or Risk team, you will work closely with the heads of these teams, with a view to developing into a consultant, initially supporting and running some deals. Both the InfoSec and Risk markets are incredibly job rich. Lots of money to be made here as they work on roles between $100/200k, of which a lot of it retained. You will work with a range of globally renowned US and European banks, with clients including the likes of SocGen, Goldmans, BNP and Citi.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months’ recruitment experience. You will have a strong and demonstrable interest in pursuing a recruitment career, be confident in your communication skill and be able to deliver to tight deadlines.
This is a fantastic opportunity – as in London, the New York office is a grown-up environment and they heavily invest in their employee’s career progression, working alongside top billers daily, and value a work life balance. Successful candidates will be offered a quarterly commission scheme and a very strong base. The client will give you the visas in order to relocate to NY, provided you complete one month working in the London office in order to be eligible to apply for visa. You will be trained and become familiar with the US market from London.
