I am partnering with a leading Recruitment firm, that is currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Consultant based in London, to join their team and help them grow.
The main function of this role will be to further expand and develop the IT Programme & Project Management presence in Central Government. Building new accounts, developing existing relationships and translate new opportunities into new business.
This hire would join an existing global team that will offer Recruitment services. Working in the IT sector focusing on meeting both candidates and client’s relationship, in order to achieve the perfect match.
This person will be responsible for sales and business development, approaching potential clients and building rapport with decision-makers, developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace via research, networking and securing/conducting meetings with key players in the industry.
Our previous hires had a degree from a leading university and a couple of years’ experience in a customer-facing sales and negotiation role. The successful candidate will be driven to input considerable effort on finding and winning business through their own efforts, is an energetic self-starter, able to operate autonomously, but also be a major contributor to the team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
