My client is a Senior Level Executive Search firm working globally and internationally. They have over 20 years’ experience working across a range of industries including Financial Services, Industrial and Energy, Insurance, Life Sciences, Media and Digital, Real Estate and Retail and Consumer. They require a Career Researcher to join their Insurance team.
You will support Partners and Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery and business development research and pitch presentations for senior executive and non-executive appointments. This will include responsibility for preparing documentation and research for meetings, gaining a comprehensive understanding of each unique assignment brief, developing a clear research strategy and then approaching the market to map competitors, making initial approach calls to sources and potential candidates and undertaking early assessment to qualify them against the assignment requirements.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, have experience in Insurance and Lloyds of
London market, and have at least 5 years Research experience within market leading
Executive Search. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, mature environment, have
excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills.
