My client is a market leading independent recruitment business looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead their Change Management team. This is an established team and is one of the most respected within the business.
As a billing manager, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships whilst developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least 12 months’ previous Team Leader/Managing Consultant experience within an Change Management environment, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward.
