A leading independent recruitment brand is looking for an experienced Interims recruiter to join their Internal & Corporate Communications team. You will join a highly talented, motivated, and professional team and benefit from strong and experienced management.
You should have a solid career history; at least 24 months’ experience as an Interims Recruitment Consultant – ideally coming from a Communications, PR or Marketing recruitment background. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to grow a desk in an adult, autonomous environment by building long term relationships with both candidates and clients alike.
This is a warm desk with live roles at established clients where you will be working on senior level roles – often on an exclusive basis. You will be rewarded with an attractive monthly commission scheme, non-KPI’d environment which feels more like a marketing agency than a recruitment business.
