My client, a leading international Executive Search firm, requires a Consultant to join their HR team. The firm operates across the Banking and Financial, Business & Professional, Hospitality, Leisure & Travel, Property & Construction, Retail & Consumer, Sport, Industry and Technology & Media Sectors.
As a Consultant working within the HR team you will be responsible for growing the business. You will engage with high level professionals such as CEOs, Managing Directors and HR Directors, placing candidates from the HR and related professions. You will effectively develop new and existing key client accounts, source talent and deliver presentation of candidates to agreed timescales and briefs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with CEOs, Managing Directors and HR Directors. A particular interest in Professional Services, Technology and Private Equity is preferred. You will have previous recruitment consultant experience and be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of target achievements. You will understand the nature of the Executive Search Industry, being aware of the fast-paced and resilient approach that is required to be successful in such a business.
