My client is a privately owned, international recruitment firm and is a market leader in Insurance in Financial Service sectors. Since launching the business in 2002 they have been highly successful and are recognised internationally. They require a Recruitment Consultants to join their Finance, Actuarial and Underwriting practise in their New York office.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will offer exceptional service to both candidates and clients, as you manage key client relationships and see candidates through the entire interview process efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience from any sector background. You will be determined to progress professionally and commercially driven. You will demonstrate an impressive track record of meeting and exceeding targets from a previous professional recruitment background and be highly confident in your communication skills both written and verbal.
The successful candidate will be offered a strong base salary, market leading commission structure and ongoing guidance and encouragement in professional development – ultimately leading to a clear path to a Director-level position, and additional benefits.
