My client is a global boutique Executive Search firm with 13 offices spanning across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and are on the Global PSL with some of the biggest Management Consultancy firms at Partner level. They are highly busy and very successful across all their core areas of Professional Services, Technology, Private Equity, Financial Services and Consumer, and require Consultants either for their London or Hong Kong offices, working across Tech/Digital.
As a Consultant, this role requires knowledge of managing a Researcher, managing search processes, being able to shortlist effective without supervision, and manage the entire interview process. They are NOT looking for someone who can sell retainers.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in Executive Search. You will be confident and competent managing search processes and have a real drive to succeed and progress to Principal level. German-speaking skills are preferred, but not essential, for London office.
