- £30000 - £45000 per annum + high OTE
My client is a highly successful recruitment business working across Consumer and Financial PR, Corporate and Internal Communications, Policy, Public Affairs and Digital and Social Media, and work with some of the most renowned clients such as Virgin Media, McDonalds, Uber, JustEat, Sainsbury’s and The Telegraph to name a few. They require Recruitment Consultants/Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their Leadership/Permanent/Interims teams.
The business they do is everything from Executives and Officers, Managers and Directors through to Heads of / Group Director and finally Chairs and CEOs. Currently, their Leadership Team has 6 people doing £100k+ roles. Their Permanent Team has 7 people doing roles between £30/90kj. 50/20/30 retained/exclusive/bunfight. Some people are dedicated to just doing Public Affairs or Internal Communications. Their Interim Team is 45% exclusive, 50/50 FTC/day rates.
The ideal candidate will be Interim or Perms Consultants, with the gravitas, intellect and drive to hold a conversation that will make global leaders use the business. They get a lot of jobs called in but need people who can drive their own business development and probably work in one of the sectors that the client specialises in.
For the successful candidate, you will be offered a highly generous salary package. The client will ensure you earn 33% of what you bill if you’re on target. As soon as you bill over your target, you get 50% of everything over it. Additional attractive benefits include private health insurance, death in services, pensions, 25 days holiday and they shut at Christmas which you don’t have to use your annual leave for. The client has offices in Brussels and Switzerland so you will have international reach.
