My client, a leading international specialist recruitment firm with over 30 years’ experience is looking for a Customer Relationship/Business Development Manager to join their international consultancy group. They unite senior talent with high-end employers across a wide variety of sectors such as Accountancy, Legal and Business Change, Banking, Communications and Human Resources.
As a Customer Relationship/Business Development Manager, you will contribute to the progress and development of current customer accounts and cultivate fresh business lines across central government customers such as large ministerial departments, non-departmental public bodies and executive agencies. You will manage key client relationships, establishing new ones and maintaining existing ones. The Customer Relationship/Business Development Manager will source new business, identify and manage business solutions and suggest prospects for the business.
The ideal candidate as a Customer Relationship/Business Development Manager will have proven business development/growth experience, with extensive central government knowledge. You will have excellent communication skills, being able to confidently suggest new business ideas and solutions which you will create through a pro-active and ambitious approach to work. You will have a strategic and analytical mindset and welcome and enjoy challenges.
