My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires an Engagement Manager to work closely with two search consultants in their CFO Practice.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will attend client briefings, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, meet appropriate candidates, shortlist and manage a full mandate.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is keen to learn and be trained into a successful Principal that originates business. You will be an expert in the field in which assignments are being conducted and specialise in CFO roles.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You will have extensive experience in Executive Search managing a mandate from pitch to completion or be a Senior Associate with demonstrable capacity to take the next step.
