My client is a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London that requires an Engagement Manager to work closely with a Partner in their CFO Practice.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be expected to assist during client meetings and pitches for mandates. You will offer extensive support for the Partner as you update clients on progression of projects as well as other search methodologies.
The ideal hire will be a researcher with at least 3 years’ experience, however bright, intelligent and articulate contingent recruiters who can demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement and client credibility will be considered. You will have an excellent academic record, be extremely confident and competent in your communication and prioritisation skills and be able to persuade and influence at a high level.
