My client is a leading Executive Search firm based in Central London that requires an Engagement Manager to join their CIO/CTO Practice. The Practice is globally renowned for their success in placing over information and technology functional officers with some of the best known and most admired companies around the world.
As an Engagement Manager working in the CIO/CTIO Practice you will work with a very broad client base, mostly UK and Europe based. You will place people with FTSE firms, Private Equity-backed Technology Services firms as well as gaming organisations – there is lots of referred work from across the business. You will be expected to assist during client meetings and pitches for mandates. Occasionally you will be required to manage interviews on your own and update calls with clients. You will offer extensive support for the Partner as you update clients on progression of projects as well as other search methodologies.
The ideal hire will be an experienced Senior Associate confident in managing interviews. You will demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement and client credibility will be considered. Further you will have an excellent academic record, be extremely confident and competent in your communication and prioritisation skills and be able to persuade and influence at a high level.
The successful candidate will be entitled to a highly generous salary package, the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders that will ultimately lead to quality career progression and consequently you will become an expert in the field and specialise in functional roles at C- and Director level. This role does not require business development however if you pick up a lead or turn a referencing conversation into an invitation to meet and pitch for something, you will get 5% of any resulting fee.
